San Diego Audubon Society
To foster the protection and appreciation of birds, other wildlife, and their habitats, through education and study, and advocate for a cleaner, healthier environment.
We seek to shape a culture in San Diego where nature is a common interest of all – where people learn to appreciate, understand, and actively protect the natural world. As we inspire others to join us in strengthening this culture of conservation, our region’s irreplaceable biodiversity will be more highly valued and vigorously protected.
Volunteers give more than time
San Diego Audubon has a grassroots legacy of bringing together community members to make a difference for birds, other wildlife and their habitats, since 1948. Our volunteers provide valuable support for our important conservation, education, and sanctuary programs. We are always in need of passionate nature lovers like YOU.
When you share your time and talents you become part of our grassroots legacy.
