Join us for a fun evening at Rock Wall Wine Company in Alameda through volunteering in the following ways: Finishing Touches :: Pre-event set-up tasks, from 3:30 - 5:30pm, include setting out marketing materials, creating displays, and assisting with decorations. Welcome Wagon :: Greeters are the first point of contact for guests. From 5:30 - 7:30pm, volunteers welcome guests and direct them to registration tables and coat check. Greeters will also assist during event transitions. Coat Check :: Volunteers work in 2 hour shifts from 6:00 - 10:00pm setting up and supervising the check station, and receiving and ticketing guest's coats. Live Auction :: Fun spirited and energetic volunteers will inspire, spot, and follow up with bidders.
