Our focus is on battling heart disease and stroke while promoting the well-being of families and communities. Youth and young adults, from the age of 13, can engage in our mission by volunteering in advocacy, direct service, peer education, or philanthropic activities. Support Heart Patients and Caregivers Help caregivers or someone living with a heart or stroke condition by submitting blog posts through our online Support Network and share your medical story, experiences, offer tips and insights. Teach Your Community Healthy Habits Facilitate Healthy for Life Educational Experiences through healthy cooking demonstrations, shopping skills presentations, nutrition and heart health workshops to help everyone learn about healthy eating. Cycle for Heart and Brain Health Join a community of cyclists to help fund life-saving stroke and heart research.
