Tri-Valley Conservancy protects open space for parks, farms, trails, ranches and wildlife habitat in the Tri-Valley so that you, wildlife and future generations can enjoy it. As our communities grow, it becomes even more important that we protect land to produce local wine and food, enjoy the outdoors, and keep our water cleaner and air fresher before its too late. Volunteer Needs Stewardship Spend a couple hours outside visiting some of the beautiful properties protected by Tri-Valley Conservancy’s Conservation Easements. Events & Exhibits We need your help before, during, and after the event. Volunteers help plan the event, organize the auction, take tickets, address letters, and do just about everything else necessary to put on a fundraising event. We need volunteers to help out at a variety of events such as our Livermore Uncorked! Wine Competition & Celebration. We also occasionally schedule volunteers to spend a few hours with Tri-Valley Conservancy at various community outreach events such as parades and street fairs, answering questions and distributing information to the public. Outreach/Newsletter News and Views, the newsletter of the Tri-Valley Conservancy, is published three times a year to inform our members and friends about the current issues and events in the Tri-Valley. Artists, editors, writers, photographers and other contributors are needed to produce the newsletter as well as press releases and other public relations materials. Office/Clerical Help us out with mailings, filing, data entry, and archival collections. Is there a computer “guru” out there who will help us out? Whether you have skills to share, or time to spend with us stuffing envelopes, writing out thank you cards and Holiday cards, we always need help around the office.
