Menifee Valley Community Cupboard

We are dedicated to alleviating hunger and malnutrition in the Menifee Valley. Proceeds from the Thrift Store benefit the Community Cupboard Food Distribution Center. Our Cupboard provides food and nutrition to over 700 families in our community and partners with schools to provide food back packs to qualifying students. How You Can Help Your Menifee Thrift Store and Community Cupboard will always be on the lookout for dynamic and friendly people to help provide great customer service and an outstanding experience in our store. Each volunteer is trained to have knowledge of each area of the facility. Volunteering with us will be a rewarding experience! These special opportunities are available for adults that want to give back to their community. We encourage students in high school, college and graduate student levels for which they may receive credits towards their academic units, however, you must volunteer with an adult if you are under the age of 18.​ Our thrift store and community cupboard are valuable resources for the surrounding neighborhoods so help us build and maintain good relationships with our community.​ THRIFT SHOP: Volunteers will accept merchandise donations, assist customers at our fitting rooms, refill and organize our clothing racks and housewares shelves, assist to merchandise the store, and work with our staff on a wide variety of special projects. Our thrift store is a valuable resource for the surrounding neighborhoods so help us build and maintain good relationships with our community. ​ CUPBOARD: Volunteers will accept food donations, unload trucks, sort and stack food, prepare weekly bags, and work with our staff on a variety of special projects.
