Pasadena Art Night - Friday, March 14 6:00-10:00 PM Ages 16+ Responsibilities (varies based on assigned post) Assist teaching artists in art workshops Assist staff and teaching artists with Studio demos Assist with Mezzanine Gallery activation Assist with Caldwell Gallery dance room or bar Setup workshops and prepare supplies Distribute flyers and materials to visitors Welcome visitors and answer wayfinding questions Help with attendance counting Thank you for helping make our evening run smoothly! Snacks and refreshments will be provided Event Location Armory Center for the Arts | 145 N. Raymond Ave. | Pasadena, CA 91103 OR artWORKS | 2817 E. Foothill, Pasadena, CA 91107 Volunteer Times 5:30pm-8:30pm 8:00pm-10:00pm Dress Code Casual clothing that you are comfortable wearing around art materials like charcoal and paint. Comfortable shoes. Deadline to sign up to volunteer is Monday, March 10th.
