Board Officer: Secretary

We’re looking for artists to help us grow the Orange Art Association and to volunteer on the board, as a committee chair, or on a committee. Secretary The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors, recording the time and place of holding, the names of those present, the proceedings thereof, and be custodian of the records and seal of Orange Art Association. Background Board meetings are held most months on the second Monday around 6pm. Meetings are currently in-person. No meetings are held January, July, or August. Most meetings last 1 hour. Member meeting/artist demo/member art contests start at 7pm, immediately after the board meeting. March Guest Pass If you would like to join us as our guest at our March 10, 2025 member meeting and artist demo from 7pm-9pm, email me to request a guest pass and I’ll send you one. Please include your name, email address, and what volunteer opportunities you’re most interested in. During the March meeting we are accepting nominations for board and committee volunteers.
