We're here to help with your hunger. Food today. Food security tomorrow. It's hard to believe that in a country like America, where so much food is wasted, there are still millions of people who don't have enough to eat. Every day, there are kids and adults who don't get the food they need to grow and thrive. That's why we're here. We work with farmers, manufacturers, and retailers to get nourishing food to people in need. And we're also here to help our neighbors build a path to a brighter, food-secure future. Volunteer Volunteers play a crucial work in our efforts to alleviate hunger in the our County! Come join us for just a few hours. REQUIREMENTS Minors must have a release form signed by a parent or guardian upon registration on your first shift Parent or guardian must sign a separate one for themselves Minors must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone during the entire shift The minimum age is 12 years old If you prefer not to work at the shelter, we also need volunteers who can help at off-site events or foster animals in their own homes.
