Neighborhood & Block Associations

To improve the quality of life in our community for all segments of our neighborhood, including homeowners, renters, business owners, and visitors. We will promote civil, safety, and environmental programs, which benefit our neighborhood and the community at large. To this end, H.N.A. will enhance, support, and empower our neighbors, social service providers, local businesses, and city representatives, whose programs improve the quality of life, community, and property values in our neighborhood. H.N.A. will maintain an economically viable program by generating income from advertising, fundraisers, donations, grants, and other opportunities approved by the H.N.A.
