The USO is all about making sure that our amazing military service members feel connected to their loved ones, their homes, and their country, no matter where they are serving. For 80 years, the USO has been the nation's leading organization to serve the amazing men and women in the U.S. military, and their families, throughout their time in uniform. From the very first day they join, through their assignments and deployments, and even as they transition back to their communities, the USO is always there for them, right by their side. The wonderful folks at the Bob Hope USO Airport Centers are made up of over 500 amazing volunteers, each with their own unique set of skills and talents. From helping a soldier with a connecting flight to distributing a care package, serving snacks with a smile, providing local information, or "welcoming home" troops from deployment, volunteers are the heart and soul of the USO. While each volunteer's role may be unique, their mission is the same: to improve the quality of life of service members, boost their morale, and serve as the link between service members and the American people.
