We're here to help you succeed! We'll provide a system of services that are culturally sensitive, comprehensive, and responsive to each family's unique needs. PUTTING FAMILY NEEDS FIRST Our Family Resource Centers are one-stop shops, giving families access to services ranging from nutrition, health and education to housing, utility assistance and employment training. Each Family Resource Center has established partnerships and referral processes with local agencies, food pantries and the faith based community to be able to provide assistance quickly and smoothly. Services provided are based on extensive needs assessments tailored to capture the individual family history and plan for sustainability. We endeavor to reveal the greatness that is in everyone.
