COASTAL ROOTS FARM

Coastal Roots Farm is a nonprofit Jewish community farm and education center. We cultivate healthy, connected communities by integrating sustainable agriculture (watch our "How we Farm" mini-film), food justice, and ancient Jewish wisdom. Coastal Roots Farm is located in Encinitas, CA on approximately 17 acres of land. Our Farm consists of vegetable production fields, education farm and gardens, a food forest, chickens, and compost operations. We envision a world in which every community comes together to grow and share healthy food, care for the land, help their neighbors, and strengthen the connections they have with each other. At Coastal Roots Farm, we rely on volunteers and strive to provide meaningful and fun volunteer opportunities for our community.
