Carol's Kitchen is delighted to serve delicious, nutritious hot meals four days a week in Riverside County! We are on a mission to serve those in need with the utmost dignity and compassion! That's why we make it our mission to use only the best ingredients and prepare our meals fresh on the mornings that we serve! And the best part is that all of our meals include: We've got all the food groups covered! You'll get a protein, veggies, salad, juice, coffee, and dessert. And for the kids, we've got peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or cold cut sandwiches with a snack! Thanks to our amazing sponsors, we can also give our guests bags of fresh produce so they can continue to enjoy nourishing meals even after leaving our kitchen! We are so grateful to our amazing volunteers! Thanks to them, we are able to provide hot meals and clothing to over a thousand hungry people each week. We'd love to have you on our team! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to volunteer their time in support of our kitchen and help us serve our less fortunate neighbors. We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our kitchen team! We need cooks, kitchen managers, and people willing to work behind the scenes to support our many projects. We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us in the kitchens! Our volunteers arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 to help prepare and serve meals and clean up afterwards, usually leaving by 1:30 p.m. We also have plenty of behind-the-scenes opportunities for those who want to volunteer their time in a different way. You can volunteer hours at your convenience to help with phone calls, letter writing, organizing events, and more! We have a number of exciting opportunities for you to get involved!
