THE HEART TOUCH PROJECT

We brings compassionate, therapeutic touch to medically fragile and terminally ill individuals improving the lives for them, their families and their caregivers. Your time can make a significant difference in people's lives. Providing compassionate care and empathetic touch to those who are medically fragile or at the end stages of their life is done through the efforts of ordinary people that do extraordinary things. Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization who have a profound sense of compassion, wanting to share their gift of touch with others. There is nothing more profound than to provide comfort and care to these critical individuals that are ill, isolated or hospitalized. If you are called to this work, we would love to have you be a part of our amazing community. The Heart Touch Project trains and professional health care practitioners with criticially ill men, women and children in the Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties and delivers free compassionate touch therapy to those in need.
