Meet A Mini Equestrian Program Docent

Do you love kids, history and horses? The Meet a Mini program introduces young children age 4-12 to horses in a safe and approachable way. Participants get to see the stable, groom a mini horse and take him for a short hike around the property. A short museum tour in the Carriage room is also offered. We teach participants about horses and horse safety in these 1 hour programs for families and school groups. This position is ideal for people who like horses and enjoy leading children in hands on activities. Experience with horses is a plus, but not necessary. Training provided.
